Get goals

Request

Retrieves care goals with objectives, progress tracking, action plans, success measurements, and review history.

Filters:

  • homeId - Filter by specific care home
  • residentId - Filter by specific resident
  • startDate, endDate - Date range filtering
  • page, limit - Pagination controls
